How to Generate Usage Reports

You can generate organization usage report and mailbox usage report at Usage report
tab.
 
Please login to Control Panel and follow Service Director > Exchange Hosting > Usage Report page.
 
You will see Organization Usage Report tab by default. Under Operations panel, you can see stats like Last Updated and default refresh time is 6 hours for this report. You can export your report by using Export to Excel button on top left side.
 
 
Organization Usage Report displays Organization Name, Product Name, Edu-discount package, Accepted Domains, Mailboxes, Distribution Lists, Contact Lists, Public Folders, Wireless Accounts, Mailbox Usage (MB) and Public Folder Usage (MB) columns.
 
Please click MailBox Usage Report tab to view mailbox reports.
 
Mailbox Report will display Organization Name, Mailbox, Edu-discount package, Microsoft SPLA Type, Mailbox type, Disabled, POP3 access allowed, IMAP access allowed, MAPI access allowed, Exchange ActiveSync access allowed, OWA/HTTP access allowed, Outlook License Enabled, BlackBerry, Archiving, Unified Messaging allowed, Mailbox Usage (MB), Issue Warning at (MB), Prohibit Send At (MB), Prohibit Send and receive at (MB) and Last Updated columns.
 
You can export the report by using Export to Excel button at top left side of the tab.
 
Optionally you can filter your report by specifying an organization name at Filter text box and clicking Filter button.
