How to Configure Retention Settings

EcoCloud360 > Exchange > Managing Hosted Exchange Subscription > Managing Users & Mailboxes
You can configure Retention Settings for desired user at Retention Settings tab of Mailbox Settings for desired user.
 
Please login to Control Panel and follow Service Director > Exchange Hosting > Exchange Accounts > {Subscription Domain} > Service Management > Retention Settings page.
 
You can create Retention Tags and Retention Policies by filling required forms.
 
To create a retention policy tag, please fill the form with desired conditions. An example is included below:
 
 
You will be able to list your policies under Retention Policies tab.
 
Type the policy name at Name section.
 
Select the Tag name you want to apply under Retention policy tag section and select the display name of the mailbox to apply the retention tag to under Mailboxes section.
 
Review your changes and click Save button to submit changes.
