How To Setup Email Forwarding

EcoCloud360 > Exchange > Managing Hosted Exchange Subscription > Managing Users & Mailboxes
You can configure email forwarding at Email Forwarding section under Service Director > Exchange Hosting > Exchange Accounts > {Subscription Domain} > Service Management > MailBoxes > {Preferred User} > Mail Flow Settings page.
 
Please check Enable email forwarding and select the user from dropdown. Depending on your requirements, please check/uncheck Deliver message to forwarding address and mailbox option.
 
 
In the example above, any email that has been sent to support@sampledomain.com, will have a copy forwarded to John Doe's mailbox. Main item will be kept at Support user's mailbox.
 
If you don't want to keep forwarded message on user's mailbox, then you should uncheck Deliver message to forwarding address and mailbox checkbox.
